This 4 hour course provides the understanding to enable a food business operator to run a Food Control Plan and to generate sales and profits by using the associated principles of good practice.

This course is designed for QA or Technical team members of food manufacturers required to-meet the WQA standard or other manufacturers that require more understanding of allergens and allergen labelling.
